Welcome to the website of the Emotion and Social Neuroscience Lab (ESNL) of the Psychiatric Neuroimaging Research Program at Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH). We are located within the Athinoula A. Martinos Center for Biomedical Imaging in the Charlestown Navy Yard campus of MGH. Our lab studies emotion and social cognition in healthy populations, individuals with psychosis and related conditions, and young adults and adolescents at risk for developing psychopathology. We use a multimodal approach, including behavioral, physiological, and neuroimaging methods.
